At Simha Luxury Kosher Experience, we take great care to ensure the quality and integrity of our kosher-certified products.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (groceries and perishables), we do not accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo evidence, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Food Items

Non-perishable, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
