Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable goods are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Non-food, unopened items can be returned within 14 days.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

  • You may cancel a non-perishable product order within 14 days of delivery without reason.

  • To do so, email simha@simhakosher.com and return the item at your own cost.
