The Single Malt Classic from the young M&H distillery is the very first Israeli whiskey. This Single Malt, aged under the Tel Aviv sun, comes from a blend of 80% old bourbon barrels and 20% old STR red wine barrels (STR for Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) therefore barrels scraped, toasted and burned. M&H takes on the challenge of creating the country’s first whiskeys within an urban, young and exploratory distillery. It takes advantage of Israel’s varied and extreme climatic conditions.
